She has been with the company since its inception in 2008 and, over the years, has been responsible for a wide range of recruitment and staffing processes for executives, subject matter experts, and employees. Laila is a DNV-certified recruiter and a certified user of behavioral, personality, and aptitude tests from Fairsight, AON Assessment (formerly Cut-e), and Master Management.
