When you’re registered in our candidate database, you have someone working for you to find a job you’ll enjoy. Whether it’s a permanent position you’re seeking or a project of varying duration.
We conduct thorough assessments of our candidates, which help us find the right job for you. As advisors, we challenge established truths and ask questions, to both candidates and clients. It’s our job to figure out where your skills, abilities, and competencies can be put to the best possible use. Maybe you’re the perfect candidate for a position you wouldn’t normally apply for…?
This is how we do it, together
Through conversations, evaluations and tests, we help you find positions that is just right for you. Our extensive experience in Telemark and Vestfold, along with our unique understanding of the big picture, gives us a good starting point to assist you in your process. Sometimes experience can weigh more than formal qualifications.
When you apply for a job advertised through us or register with an open application, we receive a lot of information which we handle with a high degree of discretion.
If you’re called in for an interview, you’ll receive a test beforehand. This is to assess behavior and motivation, among other things, and will be a significant part of the basis for further conversations. In the subsequent discussion, there’s an opportunity to discuss the test answers; there are no wrong answers, and to map your characteristics against an employer. This helps us form a good picture of you and whether this job is right for you.
