Camilla’s main responsibilities include maintaining an overview of current candidates and assisting with candidate screening, interviews, and selection. She has worked in recruitment and staffing since 2008 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Child Welfare. Prior to this, she has held positions as a customer service representative and an environmental therapist. Camilla is a DNV-certified recruiter and a certified user of behavioral, personality, and aptitude tests from Fairsight and Master Management.
