Stig is educated at the Norwegian School of Retail and has accumulated many years of experience in management and sales in Norway and internationally. He has led the company since its inception in 2008. Stig has primarily operated as an advisor in permanent recruitment and personnel leasing. Over the years, he has been responsible for a wide range of recruitments for executive, middle management, and specialist positions, for both local and national clients. Stig is a DNV-certified recruiter and a certified user of behavior, personality, and aptitude tests from Fairsight, AON Assessment (formerly Cut-e) and Master Management.
